North Star Yoga

A gentle, breath centered practice focused on mobility and functional movement, honoring the tradition of Yoga as a system of Self realization built on the foundational principal of wholeness. Every class includes pranayama (breath awareness), asana (mindful movement), and meditation (building familiarity with the mind and self). No yoga or meditation experience necessary. This class is appropriate for anyone who can get up and down from the floor without assistance.

The practice of Yoga Nidra is one of deep relaxation. We begin with a few gentle, grounding exercises followed by resting in svasana or any comfortable and cozy shape on the soft floor. I guide you through systematic and relaxation and journey into contact with your essential Self. We close the practice with a crystal healing sound bath for chakra (energy center) harmonization.
